You can have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ

First, realize that God loves you.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Second, realize that everyone is a sinner.
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"

Third, realize that sin has a price that must be paid.
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Fourth, realize that Jesus Christ died and rose again to pay your price.
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Finally, pray, ask Jesus Christ to be your Saviour, and claim His promise of eternal life.
Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Picture of Pastor Bloom
The eventual fruit of an earlier Bus Ministry, Pastor Rick Bloom received Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of eighteen while being actively involved in his home church’s Youth Ministry. On the night of his salvation he further dedicated himself to follow the Lord’s leadership as to a life’s vocation, eventually leading him into full-time Christian service.
Likewise, Denise Bloom was saved as a result of a personal worker who engaged her in purposeful conversation at his workplace over the course of several weeks.  As a child of God she has been involved in serving the Lord in many capacities, including that of a pastor's wife since 1999.
Upon graduation from high school, and then Bible College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree, Rick spent four years serving in various lay youth ministries before accepting a call to serve as a Youth Pastor.

Since then he has successfully completed a Master's of Religious Education degree and will receive a PhD in Biblical Studies this May.  Since the beginning of his full-time ministry, he has served congregations in Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin as senior pastor.
Rick’s favorite scripture verse is 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new,” taking note of the wonderful privilege it is to be a child of God, and trusting the Lord to use both him and Denise to lead others to the same saving faith they discovered as teenagers.
